CARE Australia (part of CARE International) is an international aid organisation working to defeat global poverty by supporting women and girls to create lasting change in their communities around the world.
In this role as Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will drive new business and strategic growth across philanthropy and corporate partnerships. You’ll identify and advance high-value opportunities, cultivate major donor relationships, and shape initiatives such as grant acquisition, donor events, and workplace giving. Leveraging your network and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll help deliver CARE’s ambitious fundraising goals. Leading a small team, you’ll foster a high-performance, values-driven culture and model CARE’s commitment to safeguarding and equality.
