CARE Australia is offering a unique opportunity for a driven Program Quality Advisor (PQA) to guide the Program Quality (PQ) Unit based in Papua New Guinea. The PQA is responsible for strengthening the Unit, as well as improving our programming work. The duties include improving data storage and analysis, participating in project design, monitoring and evaluating implementation of key program quality and organisational strategies and frameworks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and support to the Program Directors and Country Director, with a particular focus on strengthening reporting and MEL systems.
