We're interested in hearing from experienced Associates with a demonstrated track record in major infrastructure development or strategic communications. There are upcoming opportunities to join our friendly, supportive team and be part of a leading voice in engagement practice in Australia.

Capire Consulting Group is one of Australia's largest specialist community engagement consultancies. A leading voice in engagement practice, Capire designs and delivers tailored strategies for projects, policies and places.

We welcome Expressions of Interest from professionals with experience across energy or major infrastructure, as well as those with strengths in strategic communications and developing new business opportunities.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

  • have experience working in deadline-driven project delivery environments across energy, major infrastructure, strategic communications and/or business development
  • have worked in a consulting environment or a client service model
  • hold a relevant degree (e.g. urban planning, public policy, communications)
  • are motivated, curious and enjoy solving problems while balancing multiple priorities
  • bring a strong work ethic and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Our Associates are leaders in community engagement practice, bringing engagement experience from a wide range of sectors. They hold a variety of roles including project delivery, project management and strategic advisor, and may take on leadership roles supporting our people or business development. They support the growth and development of others while providing exceptional service to our current and potential clients. Our Associates are leading practitioners who are always seeking to refine and enhance their knowledge and skills, and to extend the practice of engagement.
