We are looking for an experienced Associate with a demonstrated track record in major infrastructure delivery to join our growing team and support our diverse and impactful portfolio of projects and clients.. The successful candidate will:

  • have extensive experience working in deadline-driven project delivery environments, within the energy or major infrastructure sectors
  • have prior experience working as a consultant, or in a client service model
  • have a relevant degree (e.g. urban planning, public policy, communications)
  • be highly motivated, passionate about solving problems and skilled at juggling multiple tasks
  • have a strong work ethos, excellent verbal and written communication.

Our Associates are leaders in community engagement practice, bringing engagement experience from a wide range of sectors. They hold a variety of roles including project delivery, project management and strategic advisors, and may have leadership roles supporting our people or business development. They support the growth and development of others while providing exceptional service to our current and potential clients. Our Associates are leading practitioners who are always seeking to refine and enhance their knowledge and skills and extend the practice of engagement.

We are accepting applications for Associates with salaries ranging from $110k - $150k (depending on experience), plus superannuation.
