Cancer Council WA is Western Australia’s leading cancer charity, working across every aspect of every cancer. As a health promotion charity we work with the community to reduce the incidence and impact of cancer. We support people impacted by cancer when they need it most, speak out on behalf of the community on cancer issues, deliver programs and campaigns that aim to reduce cancer risk, and our research funding helps find new ways to better detect and treat cancer.
We’re looking for a Make Smoking History Manager to lead our established tobacco control program to continue to shape its future. This is an exciting opportunity to bring fresh ideas to an established and well-respected program, leading a passionate team dedicated to reducing the harm caused by smoking and vaping through public education, community action, advocacy and policy.
Under the leadership of the Cancer Prevention & Research Director, you’ll manage the program, working closely with key stakeholders to deliver evidence-based initiatives that make a real difference.
Based in Subiaco, this is a permanent, full-time position available for an immediate commencement. Part-time arrangements may be considered for the right candidate. (minimum of 0.8 FTE)
