Cancer Council WA is Western Australia’s leading cancer charity, working across every aspect of every cancer. We know that tackling cancer takes all of us. Together, we support families affected by cancer when they need it most, speak out on behalf of the community on cancer issues, empower people to reduce their cancer risk, and find new ways to better detect and treat cancer. With your help, we’re getting closer to a future without cancer. It’s all of us against cancer.
Are you passionate about improving health outcomes and empowering professionals through education? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Education and Training Coordinator to support community-based smoking and vaping cessation initiatives and projects across Western Australia.
As part of a passionate, small and purpose driven team, you’ll play a key role designing, delivering, and evaluating evidence-based training programs that equip professionals with the knowledge and skills to provide effective smoking cessation support. While the program is already delivering strong outcomes, this is your opportunity to bring fresh thinking, drive innovation and further enhance its impact.
You’re a confident and engaging facilitator who thrives on building relationships, collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and empowering others to create positive behaviour through education.
Based in Subiaco, this is a part-time contract position (0.8 FTE) until 30 June 2027, with the strong possibility of extension.
