Campbell Page is a not-for profit organisation, delivering a variety of employment and community services programs across Australia. We are currently looking for an Employment Consultant for our South Australia office - location is flexible in Adelaide.

As an Employment Consultant working in one of our offices in South Australia, you will be working on our front-line to support our customers by getting in their corner and helping them to achieve their vocational goals. We do this in a variety of ways, and we are looking for someone who isn’t shy to pick up the phone and call an employer and promote the skills our customers have.

In an average day, you’ll be:

• Working with our customers to identify vocational goals and helping them to find a job
• Talking to employers in the local community to find employment opportunities for our customers
• Coaching and training customers to increase their work readiness
• Referring customers to local community service providers to help them with getting the support they need

We’re looking for someone who:

• Believes that any customer can find work
• Is passionate about supporting customers
• Understands that they need to 'think outside the box'
• Is organised and can manage their time well
• Is computer savvy 
• Is able to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
