Are you a business development expert longing for the challenge of building a new territory? Want to be part of an organisation that does good in the community? If so, Recruitflex has just the permanent fulltime opportunity for you as we seek an experienced Business Development Manager / Recruitment Consultant to join our team. One role will operate out of Sydney, the other from Wollongong at any one of the Campbell Page/Recruitflex offices closest to you or we can offer flexible working from home options.

About the job:

This role is ideal for someone who thrives and excels at business development and who ultimately loves developing strong long-lasting relationships with clients. As a Business Development Manager / Recruitment Consultant for Recruitflex, you will also effectively manage applicant attraction and retention as well as customer relationships, ensuring best in class recruitment processes are maintained. This opportunity will give you the chance to shine and flourish as you will be responsible for opening doors for new business to flow in.

This role is an integral part of the strategic growth of this business, this is an opportunity to work closely with a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Team and really be a part of taking this business to the next level.

What you will do:

  • Research business opportunities and viable revenue streams within your territory
  • Map strategic areas of growth and talent acquisition and calve out new territories
  • Develop and implement growth strategies and plans
  • Target new clients within your region from existing prospect list and build strong relationships
  • Build and manage candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged
  • Undertake accurate and in-depth job order briefings with clients
  • Reverse market candidates in collaboration with Workforce Solutions specialist to engage new host employer
  • Ensure effective referrals and candidate matching in line with approved processes
  • Ensure the onboarding and induction process is completed with Recruitflex guidelines, WHS and Industry standards.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 360 labour hire recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
  • Experience in implementing a business development growth strategy
  • Proven ability to negotiate contracts and rates
  • Is motivated, resilient, and competitive
  • Is results oriented
  • Has customer relationship management experience
  • Has experience in working with multiple awards
  • Understands WHS requirements within a labour hire environment
  • Has the ability to problem solve and is quick on their feet
