CAM CAN is a family led organisation providing individualised and tailored community-based support to people with disabilities and their families who want to live their lives in the community. Cam Can also provide personalised supports to people who wish to continue to live in their family home or to those people who are living or who are seeking an independent life of their own.

A rare opportunity has arisen for a Service Coordinator to join our passionate and growing team. This position will be based with the Northern Team in the metropolitan area and will involve managing and supporting a team of Support Workers to assist people with disabilities to build friendships and connect with the broader community. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring or experienced people manager to be part of a growing organisation with an excellent reputation in WA.

The successful applicant will be self-motivated and dynamic in nature and will have excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills. They will enjoy being a valued member of a team and have the ability to utilise their initiative and problem-solving skills to drive positive outcomes. Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the NDIS and working within a values based organisation to meet individual outcomes is highly desirable.

Service Coordinators have considerable autonomy and are responsible for effective service delivery and quality outcomes for our members.
