Bicycle Network believes that physical activity & sustainable transport is vital for a happy, healthy community – that’s why we make it easier for everyone to ride a bike. We support and service the needs of nearly 50,000 members, thousands of event participants and the general bike riding community across Australia.

We are looking for a friendly, confident and relatable Rider Services Coordinator. Reporting to the Rider Services Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in responding to the inbound inquiries of our members, friends and event participants. You will work with the wider organisation to ensure that our external messages are clear, consistent and concise.

A natural problem solver and clear communicator, you will need to be comfortable delivering front facing, online and phone-based customer service. We need someone who is keen to help people and find timely solutions to any problem.

Based in Melbourne, this is casual role for one to two days or (15 hours a week).
