We currently have a full-time vacancy for an NDIS Manager to oversee the daily operations of Burnie Brae NDIS Services. The successful applicant will have outstanding leadership and inter-personal skills, with the ability to motivate team members, as well a friendly and empathetic demeanour, to complete professional assessments and provide a variety of specialised support services to our clients.

Reporting to the Community Services Manager you role will include;

  • Conducting professional assessments & develop client care plans in line with client needs, including in home assessments and consultations.
  • Determine the most appropriate course of clinical services to meet clients goals, needs & health conditions.
  • Deliver clinical services with professionalism, care, and in line with the Burnie Brae Values.
  • Actively managing and supporting a team, resulting in high performing staff and excellent service delivery
  • Working collaboratively with the leadership team to ensure an efficient and high performing service
  • Identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • You will hold a Degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field
  • Previous experience providing specialised support services to NDIS Participants
  • Understanding of the philosophy of consumer directed care
  • Good organisation and time management skills as well as a high attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to interpret Government Legislation and Guidelines
  • Excellent people skills with the ability to engage with a large team or on an individual level
  • Current Australian Drivers Licence

You will be required to hold a current Working with Children Blue Card, Disability Services Yellow Card and National Police Check, or the ability to obtain these.
