About the opportunity..

As the DES Performance Manager, you will be responsible for driving high performance and compliance across the business through the identification and analysis of trends, performance improvement opportunities and the provision of mentoring to the DES Leadership group.

This includes:

  • Partner with the National DES Manager to drive high performance
  • Analyse, optimise and report on site performance and star rating
  • Develop action plans to address performance concerns
  • Develop and implement DES specific induction, training plans, modules, and other DES training resources
  • Assist in the acquisition and account management of employers
  • Develop, nurture and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and direction to ensure effective direct and reverse marketing initiatives are linked to customer goals
  • Partner with Leaders to coach, mentor and train frontline staff to ensure the delivery of positive customer outcomes
  • Supporting our 7 DES sites in NSW & 1 in QLD

We are looking for someone who is results driven, loves to lead and motivate people and has a passion for customer excellence.

You will also be able to clearly articulate and demonstrate:

  • Disability Employment Service experience - essential
  • Proven experience and understanding of the star ratings methodology & performance reporting (Employment Services reporting) - essential
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
  • Networking & relationship management skills
  • Ability to prioritise and self manage competing priorities
  • Ability to influence decision makers
  • Proactive approach to achieving sales targets and working to compliance standards
  • Strong communication skills and able to deal with a diverse range of people
  • Ambitious, passionate and results driven
  • Current driver's licence (essential)
  • Working with Children check and current police check (or willing to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Screen (or willing to obtain)
  • COVID-19 Vaccination certificate (Required doses in accordance with Government Health Advice)
