We’re looking for an experienced Volunteer Engagement Advisor, passionate about contemporary volunteer engagement practices, to join our team of more than 900 volunteers and 1,400 employees to make a difference on a 6-month contract. A hybrid role, you will work from home and our Fitzroy office. The role is offered part-time or full-time at 30.4 or 38 hours per week.
This role will work with the broader Volunteer Engagement Team, partnering with program managers and Leaders of Volunteers to support the positive and effective engagement of volunteers. This will be achieved by identifying and creating meaningful volunteer experiences and roles that support the organisation’s mission and strategic objectives and supporting the onboarding of volunteers.
The role will have a project management focus, leading the development of volunteer and Leaders of Volunteers training, supporting the organisation’s National Volunteer Week activities, supporting the development of volunteer and Leaders of Volunteer resources and supporting the roll out of MyImpact to volunteers across BSL.
Salary will range from $84,506.61 - $90,928.23 per annum (pro rata), based on skills and experience plus superannuation.
