An exciting 12‑month full‑time opportunity based in Frankston, with flexible working hours and the option of a later start.
We are seeking an experienced Service Coordinator who can provide supervision to Support at Home program Community Support Workers (CSW), as well as providing high-level administration support and service coordination to the Support at Home Participants. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high quality of service is arranged and provided in accordance with the BSL Participant needs and preferences.
Salary: $78,862.07 - $84,561.95 per annum, based on skills and experience plus 12% superannuation (pro-rata for part-time employment)
