At the Brotherhood of St. Laurence (BSL), we're seeking an experienced Employee Relations Case Manager to join our People, Culture and Engagement team and help create positive workplace outcomes across a diverse and purpose-driven organisation.

This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of employee relations matters, partner with experienced People, Culture & Engagement professionals, and contribute to building safe, inclusive and respectful workplaces.
Reporting to the Workplace Relations Lead, you will provide expert advice and support on complex employee and industrial relations matters across the organisation.
Working closely with leaders and People, Culture & Engagement colleagues, you will help navigate challenging people issues, support fair and consistent workplace outcomes, and contribute to strengthening organisational capability and compliance.
This is an excellent opportunity for a workplace relations professional who enjoys solving complex people challenges, influencing positive outcomes and making a meaningful contribution to organisational success.
You are an experienced Employee Relations professional who thrives in complex environments and is skilled at navigating sensitive workplace matters. Combining strong technical knowledge with sound judgement, you build trusted relationships, provide practical advice and support positive outcomes for employees, leaders and the organisation.
A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations, Law or a related discipline is essential.
