The Brotherhood of St Laurence aims to be the leader in aged care in Victoria, providing an environment supporting choice for older disadvantaged persons.
We currently have a vacancy for a permanent full-time Clinical Care Coordinator at our Clifton Hill facility. This role ensures outstanding care for residents and provides clinical guidance, leadership and education to staff to ensure an efficient team with a person-centred approach. Reporting to the Senior Manager Residential Aged Care this role is vital in ensuring compliance against the Aged Care Standards. You will have excellent clinical experience be adept at identifying gaps in processes and in developing innovative ideas for improvement.
Salary will be in the range of $88,761.40 - $93,101.84 pa plus superannuation, based on skills and experience, salary packaging available to increase take home pay.

Applicants must disclose if they are currently working at another Community or Residential or Aged Care facility. There are current government-directed guidelines that restrict Aged Care workers from working with more than one provider.
