The Broughton Art Society Incorporated (est. 1965) is a registered ACNC charity and disability recreational art service provider supporting artists living with disability across South Australia. 

The Opportunity / The Roles

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from passionate, values‑driven individuals to join our volunteer Committee of Management as part of our 2026 succession and expansion planning. 

About the Role / Key responsibilities

• Governance, compliance and risk oversight
• Strategic direction, values and sustainability
• Advocacy for disability inclusion
• Supporting inclusive arts programs

Time commitment

• Meetings every two months (2 hours). Inperson at Parkside or via videoconference 
• And ad hoc work hours (WFH)

About you / Skills & Background requirements

Experience in governance, leadership, HR, WHS, legal, IT, marketing, fundraising, finance, NDIS, disability, arts.

We encourage applications from people with disabilities (or lived experience with family or friends with disabilities) and people from diverse backgrounds. 

Compliance Requirements

• Hold a current National Police Check and NDIS worker check (or willingness to obtain)
