We are seeking a Housing Manager to join our Central Housing team on a full-time, temporary basis for up to 6 months.
As a Housing Manager you'll be responsible for a regional portfolio of houses and units and be the key point of contact for the tenants within that portfolio. You'll provide those tenants with excellent customer service and advise them on all things housing, tenancy and property management. You will also connect your tenants with support providers and communities to assist holistic health and wellbeing.
The aim being you are able to provide them with stability and security.
The priority for all Housing Managers is tenant satisfaction and sustainment and upholding our values in every step and action.
Our Housing Managers do need to have a current and valid drivers license in order to conduct property viewings and visits, however, transport is provided!

This role is paid at a base salary of $96'909 - $104'271, plus salary packaging and superannuation. In real terms, this means $116,020 - $124,265 per annum.
