Disability/Mental health outreach support worker needed across Melbourne, North, North-West, West and North East Suburbs, on a Casual Basis.
Support workers, are required to engage with the client to access their community, encourage development of daily living skills, improve the individual's capacity for self-care and social participation in the community to collaborate with all services involved to achieve the participants goals and recovery.
A car is required, minimum Cert IV In Mental Health, and a desire to make a difference in a person's life.
Priority position: Experienced worker needed for nonverbal autistic 17-year-old-male.
Youth work, for North/West Suburbs, all Criteria as Position 1.
Applicants must have experience and resilience skills working with neurodiverse (Autism Spectrum/ ADHD). Your expertise is crucial in assisting complex, high-need individuals with Intellectual disability / Physical disabilities and psychosocial disability to improve their quality of life.

General support workers are required to assist with activities of daily living such as personal hygiene and community participation and work with behavioural challenges. We pay above award rate.
