About the position

The Bouverie Centre is a research centre of La Trobe University, within the School of Psychology and Public Health. The Centre receives core funding from the Department of Health (DH) as a demonstration centre, providing therapy services to families where a member has a mental illness or alcohol and drug diagnosis, using this practice to inform the development of contemporary, effective, client-led models of practice, that are disseminated via our academic programs and translated to the field via our state-wide practice and service development program.

The successful candidate will be a member of the Administration Leadership Group along with the Senior Training & Project Coordinator and the Business Manager. The incumbent will have a particular role in ensuring that promotional activities are coordinated across the Centre, with accompanying systems and processes.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for this position, you will have:

• Excellent grammar with high attention to detail, especially regarding written content.
• Digitally savvy, with exceptional digital and multimedia (video, design & photography) skills supporting the creation and preparation of written, image and video content.
• An ability to thrive in a highly collaborative environment including developing strong working relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders and managing expectations.
• A proven ability to operate autonomously, managing competing priorities to achieve quality outcomes.
