A bona-fide leadership opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated Clinical Services Manager to join our management team.
Boab Health Services is a dynamic not-for-profit organisation delivering primary health care services to towns and remote communities across the wonderfully unique Kimberley region of Western Australia.
This challenging and rewarding Executive Management role is responsible for clinical leadership and will assist in ensuring the ongoing clinical operational management of the organisation. Duties include managing clinical operations, leading clinical governance, providing sound clinical guidance to staff, compliance to contracts for clinical services and provision of support to the Regional Manager and Team Leaders in the provision of clinical services across the region. This position liaises closely with Team Leaders, the Regional Manager and the broader Executive team to achieve goals related to clinical service provision in keeping with Boab Health Services strategic plan.
