Bridge Housing is looking for a Technical Officer to join the busy Assets Department. Reporting into the Manager, Asset Programs, you and the other Technical Officers will deliver the Assets Maintenance Plan across the portfolio of over 3,400 properties.
The AMP includes the delivery of disability modifications, upgrades to vacant properties and planned and responsive maintenance. The role is based from the Goulburn Street office, however you'll spend most of your time on the road travelling across Bridge's operational area including the Brookvale office and Northern Beaches area.

This role is classified as a Level 6 within the Social Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010. The salary for the role is $102k-$106k + super + NFP salary packaging benefits.
