Option for 4 or 5 days a week (either Tue to Sat or Wed to Sat)

Retreat Presentation

• Oversee all housekeeping, property & retreat presentation operations
• Oversee staff, rostering, suppliers and training according to agreed budget
• Maintain agreed cleanliness and presentation standards for all structures and grounds
• Implement systems and quality control processes
• Implement room and retreat upgrades as directed
• Oversee recruitment, training and management of volunteer program

Duty Manager

• Act as a Duty Manager on Friday and Saturday overseeing daily operations
• Ensure a high standard of guest experience
• Ensure staff are following correct procedures & checklists
• Resolve guest issues professionally
• Coordinate operations across departments
• Do guest welcome talks
• Step into other roles including Operations Manager role during staff absences

Sales & Marketing

• Oversee occupancy and sales rates and implement agreed tactics to increase where needed
• Respond to partnership, influencer and group bookings enquiries in a way that drives new sales
• Manage paid ads agency
• Contribute promotions and offers to Retreat Programs & Content Manager for inclusion on social and in newsletters

Customer Service

• Respond to all feedback and complaints
• Guide staff in how to communicate with guests

Requirements

• Dynamic, problem solver that can work on own initiative
• Attention to detail for correct procedures and retreat presentation
• Skilled communicator that understands nuance and subtlety
• Experienced managing staff
• Experience with sales and marketing
• Passionate about health and wellness
• Have done personal development work
• Live within 45 mins of retreat
• Sharp and energetic, calm and considered
• Ideally some hospitality experience

Remuneration & Application

• $80,000 to $105,000 OTE based on if full time
