Join as a Contractor with Melbourne's most progressive Housing and Homelessness organisation.
Launch Housing is an independent Melbourne based community organisation passionately committed to ending homelessness. From providing high quality housing to an innovative range of support, education and employment services, we bring solutions to homelessness under one roof for thousands at risk of, or experiencing the crisis and trauma of homelessness. With over 400 staff working across 14 locations in metropolitan Melbourne, we combine direct action with advocacy, research and innovation to drive widespread change.
Are you wanting to make a difference in the lives of children who experience homelessness or and family violence?
This role provides the unique opportunity to work with our most vulnerable cohort of children, with the aim to break cycles of poverty and to disrupt the primary school to prison pipeline.
You will be working closely with social workers, psychologists and schools to provide outreach wrap around care to children who have a trauma history and significant lost learning time.
Flexible working hours and the opportunity to organise your own timetable, this part-time role would suit someone who values work autonomy with a passion for working with disadvantaged children.
