This is a new role working alongside the people and culture team to build our employee wellbeing and psychological safety, and support our people, including those with lived experience, to thrive in their careers. The successful person will also work alongside the broader Launch Housing leadership team and OHS team to ensure that our internal systems and processes align with our approach, and that our learning and development builds this way of thinking into all aspects of our work.

Success in this role will help build a workforce that feels supported and cared for, a systematic approach to understanding and responding to occupational violence and trauma, and being a workplace where people with lived experience can flourish and feel valued.
