CatholicCare NT is a not-for-profit organisation, providing social services and programs to individuals, couples, families, children, groups, schools and agencies across the Northern Territory.
As our new NDIS Coordinator of Supports, you will assist participants to negotiate with providers about what they can offer the participant and how much it will cost out of their NDIS plans. You will help participants build their ability to exercise choice and control, to coordinate supports and access their local community.
You will be supporting participants to understand and implement the funded supports in their plans and to link them to community, mainstream and other government services. This role will focus on supporting participants to build skills as well as connect them to relevant and appropriate providers.
