We are looking for a Case Manager to join our IFPS team in Katherine.
Do you see yourself working closely with remote families in the Northern Territory, supporting and assisting to help achieve positive outcomes for their family unit?
This Case Manager IFPS role is responsible for providing intensive, targeted, goal-directed interventions and tailored support to families. This position has a particular focus on assisting families to address safety concerns and risks to allow children to remain safely at home, in a timely and measured manner.
The Intensive Family and Parenting Support (IFPS) provides intensive, targeted interventions and support to families identified as being at high risk of having their child removed from their care due to ongoing safety concerns. The program addresses identified safety concerns, improves the capability of the family to care and protect their child/children and ensure that the child/children remain at home safely.
