Your opportunity

Permanent - Full-Time - Monday- Friday, 6:30am-2pm

As our Hubfoods Driver, you will safely and efficiently deliver cook chill and extended shelf-life products across our Residential Homes, Retirement Living Villages & Cafes. Ensuring they receive nutritious food and a friendly check-in. By delivering with care and reliability, you will help us support all outlets of the Anglicare business and improve quality of life and dignity in dining for older Australians, their families and people with disabilities.

With integrity and resilience, you will:

• Load, transport and deliver food products according to scheduled routes and hygiene standard requirements.
• Conduct wellness checks, report concerns and build trusting relationships with all stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, vehicle checks and stock management.

What you'll bring

You are a reliable, empathetic and safety-focused individual who enjoys helping others. You bring a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a commitment to Anglicare's values of integrity, justice, compassion and excellence, embedding them in everything you do.

You will also need:

• Current Australian driver's licence (MR class preferred).
• Safe driving record and ability to operate a refrigerated truck.
• Police check (or willingness to obtain).
• Physical ability to lift food trolleys in and out of the trucks.

Ideally, you will also have:

• Experience in delivery driving or customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of Sydney roads and traffic patterns.
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
