As a Customer Engagement Officer in our Seniors Communities, you'll play a pivotal role as the first point of contact for prospective clients and their families navigating aged care. You'll build genuine trust, demystify the process, and connect them to tailored support - from initial My Aged Care enquiries to seamless consultations.
