Join Beyond Blue’s Digital Experience team and help shape meaningful, accessible, and impactful digital journeys for our audience!

We’re seeking a Digital Content Management Adviser to lead the end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns, digital content journeys, and landing pages using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Sitecore XM Cloud.

This is a hands-on technical role focused on marketing automation, content publishing, and cross-channel optimisation. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, audience-first digital experiences that support our purpose-driven mission.

As the Digital Content Management Adviser, you will:

  • Design and execute personalised email and SMS marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM systems.
  • Build and manage campaign landing pages and structured content using Sitecore XM Cloud.
  • Integrate and maintain middleware, APIs, and data flows between platforms to ensure seamless, compliant campaign execution.
  • Optimise deliverability, engagement, and retention through testing, performance monitoring, and audience segmentation.
  • Ensure content accessibility, SEO, and WCAG compliance across digital experiences.
  • Monitor and enforce data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (incl. Spam Act and GDPR).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing, and Data & Insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Generate reports, dashboards, and actionable insights to guide optimisation and document technical processes.

About you

To be successful you will hold a

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign execution tools like Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
  • Proven capability in Sitecore XM Cloud or similar CMS platforms, with solid knowledge of scripting (AMPscript, SQL, JavaScript), email coding (HTML/CSS), and responsive design.
  • Advanced expertise in API integration, middleware, and CRM data sync, with a strong grasp of campaign personalization and automation.
  • Confident understanding of email/SMS best practices, compliance (Spam Act, GDPR), deliverability, consent, and analytics (Google Analytics, SFMC reporting, visualisation tools).
  • Experience publishing content using UX, SEO, and accessibility standards, and working in agile environments (Jira, Confluence, Miro).
  • Outstanding problem-solving, data analysis, and project management skills—able to juggle complex digital campaigns while collaborating across teams.
  • A detail-focused, adaptable, and self-driven team player who prioritises user experience, compliance, and innovation.
