Reporting to the Sustainability Manager, the Sustainability Program Coordinator is responsible for effectively collating, analysing, and reporting on Beyond Bank’s sustainability impact data. This includes but is not limited to Scope 1-3emissions modern slavery, and community programs . The role is also responsible for coordinating other sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects including engaging with key stakeholders to ensure delivery. You will also provide support preparing and delivering sustainability communications across the business and externally where required, such as supporting the team with its climate-related disclosures and ESG reporting.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide critical support to Beyond Bank’s sustainability program to help deliver improved environmental, social and governance (ESG) outcomes with a focus on B Corp certification data management, modern slavery and environment and energy reporting.
  • Implement processes to collect, monitor and measure the performance and impact of Beyond Bank’s Sustainability program.
  • Explore and review opportunities for improvement across the business related to sustainability and engage relevant stakeholders to facilitate change.
  • Support the delivery of communications activities including campaigns.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders from other areas of the business to improve internal communications and engagement.

About you:

  • Background or knowledge in sustainability, social responsibility, climate change and/or social impact
  • Experienced in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing and presentation skills
  • A good lateral thinker with an eye for detail
  • Relationship building skills
  • Desire to be part of a purpose-driven organisation
