bestchance Child Family Care is seeking a Registered Psychologist to join our growing Children's Therapy Services team and support children aged 0–12 years and their families through assessment, intervention and capacity-building supports.
Reporting to the Site Lead, your primary goal will be to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team of allied health professionals, integrating the developmental and therapy needs of children ages 0-10 years with developmental delays or disabilities.
In addition to maintaining a manageable caseload of approximately 3–4 clients per day, you will have opportunities to mentor developing clinicians and contribute to a strong culture of learning and professional growth.
The role includes a minimum of 150 minutes of protected administration and documentation time per day. Services are delivered across clinic, home, educational and community settings, allowing for a varied and rewarding caseload.
You will be supported through regular clinical and operational supervision, peer consultation, discipline-specific meetings and transdisciplinary collaboration.
Dedicated administrative support and flexibility to manage your own schedule.
