The Night Residential Care Supervisor will provide supervision, support, coaching and mentoring to a team of Residential Care Workers across the region to ensure a high quality, therapeutically focused care.
In addition, the Night Residential Care Supervisor will attend to and respond to queries, incidents and concerns from staff in a prompt manner. This role plays a vital part in ensuring overnight safety plans for young people in out of home care are met and will be based on-site from the houses. Further to the Residential Care program, this position is also a key contact to respond to regional incidents in the broader Out of Home Care space.
The successful applicant will hold a minimum Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention or a relevant qualification (Youth Work, Community Services or Alcohol & Other Drugs fields) as well as previous industry experience.
Part-time 70hrs per fortnight
