  • Salary package full time equivalent up to $65K pa or $28.49 per hour (inclusive of base salary, super and salary packaging benefits)

The Opportunity

The Fundraising Support Officer sits in the Fundraising team, which is responsible for generating fundraising income from individuals, community groups and corporates. The Fundraising team is part of the overall Strategic Engagement team, responsible for philanthropy, fundraising, analytics and all organisation marketing and communications.

This position is currently based in Richmond with a mix of in-office and working from home, however our Richmond office will be closing by September 2021 and all Richmond based staff will relocate, continuing the mix of working in the office and from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the logistical side of our face-to-face (F2F) program. 
  • Assist with inbound phone/email enquiries including cancellations, updates and complaints/feedback and appropriately action all feedback received.
  • Assist in the delivery of regular fundraiser training and the development of fundraiser recognition.

About You

  • Experience with coordinating the logistical requirements of a F2F regular giving program or a similar customer-service program.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and deliver excellent customer service, including dealing with customer complaints and cancellations with sensitivity, tact and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills (including public speaking, presentations and facilitation skills).
