As our Donor Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our supporters , ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling valued, appreciated and connected to Berry Street Yooralla’s work.
This is a hands-on, service-focused role where you’ll:
Beyond day-to-day service delivery, you’ll also take ownership of one of our most valuable assets - our supporter data.
With the support of our Data team, you’ll act as the custodian of donor information in our CRM, ensuring data accuracy so we can communicate with donors in the ways that matter most to them.
You’re someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role.
