This is a meaningful opportunity to play a vital role in supporting children and young people in care by helping to create safe, stable and nurturing foster placements. As a Foster Care Case Manager, you will work closely with dedicated volunteer foster carers, providing guidance, supervision and ongoing support to ensure positive placement experiences.
In this collaborative role, you’ll be the key point of contact for coordinating each child or young person’s day-to-day needs, working in partnership with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes. You’ll also contribute to identifying and establishing placements, including specialised therapeutic foster care, while supporting trauma-informed approaches that promote healing, stability and long-term wellbeing.
