Bendigo Community Health Services’ InRoads program is a trauma-competent, low-barrier program supporting people experiencing homelessness, housing insecurity, social exclusion and complex health and social needs.
The InRoads clinician provides advanced clinical practice, care coordination, health education and clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary outreach team. Working alongside Community Connectors and BCHS and community partners, the role supports flexible, person-centred and harm-reduction informed care, helping people access appropriate services and remain connected to support.
Bendigo Community Health Services has cared for the health and wellbeing of the Bendigo community for 50 years. We employ more than 280 people across a broad range of services.
