Logistics Coordinator

Bellroy

IN A NUTSHELL

Since Bellroy launched with a range of five wallets 12+ years ago, we’ve shipped carry goods to 172 countries from warehouses on 3 continents, sold out of 1100 doorways and now release 50+ products a year. We are proud of the products we put out into the world, and our logistics team is essential in making sure they can reach our customers, wherever they may be.

As our Logistics Coordinator you’ll be working closely with our Sales and Demand Planning team to make sure everything is arriving on time and correctly. Working closely with our production and operations teams, you’ll help to monitor the accuracy of our stock levels and inventories, and ensure our products are received by customers without a hitch. You’ll maintain good collaborative relationships with our third-party logistics partners, assist our sales team with global trade show preparation, and work systematically to keep all the logistical cogs turning as they should.

If you bring your desire to learn, organisation skills and logical brain to help us, in return we’ll offer an inclusive team to work alongside, an award winning culture to be a part of and the support you need to flourish.

YOU COULD BE THE ONE, IF YOU…

  • Want to learn about and work within logistics. You might have recently graduated with a supply chain degree or looking to use your skills acquired elsewhere in this area (we are open to different backgrounds)
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and logical, careful decision-making within your known areas
  • Are organised and analytical, with great attention to detail
  • Know your way around a computer and love a good spreadsheet
  • Have strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Want to work collaboratively in a team within a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Think a workplace with dogs, coffee, breakout spaces, learning events and even a fireplace sounds pretty great

IF YOU WERE HERE LAST WEEK YOU MIGHT HAVE…

  • Worked through a weekly check on our Amazon Account Health, making sure our shipping performance, policy compliance and customer service performance are all at the standard they should be
  • Created an audit of our Amazon fees
  • Suggested new ways of managing stock levels within our digital marketplaces
  • Kept a close eye on our Fedex movements, and kept our production team up to speed with the status of late shipments.
  • Checked in with our Logistics Manager, to share your plan for shipping several consignments of trade show gear to Europe in a very tight timescale.
  • Completed compliance documentation for a new digital marketplace in Japan.
  • Attended weekly meetings with our transaction team to talk through current projects.
  • Sat in on one of our Friday afternoon lightning talks, and learnt something new.

WHY WORK FOR BELLROY?

We select our materials based on a balance of functionality, durability and their ability to age gracefully. We are also committed to making them environmentally sustainable – using fabrics made from recycled and plant-derived materials, and sourcing leathers with the least environmental impact.

Bellroy’s mission is to inspire better ways to carry; use business as a force for good; and help the world – and our crew – flourish. We do good by making great products that delight people in their everyday lives; by innovating ways to help our staff love their work and grow as people; and constantly looking for better ways to do… well, everything. Want to help us?
