An exciting newly created opportunity for a Project Officer - Program Curriculum to join a purpose-driven organisation dedicated to creating positive educational, health and wellbeing outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children and young people.
Working across innovative early childhood and youth development programs, you will play a key role in reviewing, developing and enhancing curriculum, learning resources and educational content that is culturally safe, engaging and practical. Collaborating with program leaders and subject matter experts, you will ensure resources are aligned with best-practice educational frameworks while reflecting the strengths, knowledge and lived experiences of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced education or curriculum professional who is passionate about creating meaningful resources that empower educators, children, families and communities.
As the Project Officer - Program Curriculum, you will:
You are an experienced educator, curriculum specialist or learning designer who is passionate about creating educational resources that have genuine social impact.
You will bring:
Success in this role requires a genuine commitment to working alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and a strong understanding of culturally responsive practice.
You will demonstrate:
Applicants must be willing to obtain or hold a current National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check (or state equivalent).
