Our client is seeking a People and Culture Generalist to join the team at their Macquarie Park office. In this role, you will provide advice and support to managers and staff across a broad range of people and culture matters. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant and timely people processes, while partnering with stakeholders to strengthen engagement and capability.
A key focus of this position is supporting the implementation and ongoing administration of a new HRIS. You will act as the HRIS Super User, ensuring data integrity, system optimisation and effective user support across the organisation.
You should be confident working collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, proactive and professional individual to join a supportive team and make a meaningful contribution to building a safe, responsive and community-focused environment.
