About the Role

We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to lead and deliver high‑quality HR support across the organisation.

Reporting directly to the Executive Team, you will act as a trusted advisor and oversee People initiatives across the full employee lifecycle. This is a pivotal role in shaping culture, strengthening capability, and supporting organisational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and oversee all HR activities including workforce culture, retention, recruitment, performance management
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and wellbeing
  • Oversee learning and development programs to build capability across the organisation
  • Partner with leaders to identify workforce needs and support strategic workforce planning
  • Manage HR systems, data integrity, and reporting to support informed decision‑making
  • Lead HR operations including onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  • Lead change management initiatives to support organisational transformation
  • Ensure compliance with workplace legislation, Awards, and HR best practice
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders across the organisation

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • Have demonstrated experience as a HR Generalist
  • Demonstrated experience as a HR Generalist or People & Culture Business Partner
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proven experience leading change management and organisational development initiatives
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation, Awards, and HR compliance requirements
