We are an independent, not-for-profit, medical research institute dedicated to improving the lives of people living with brain and nervous system disorders.
A new opportunity has arisen for a People & Culture Administrator to play a key role in supporting NeuRA’s people operations and recently implemented HRIS, Employment Hero.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end HR administration role focused on delivering a seamless employee lifecycle experience - from recruitment, appointment and onboarding through to offboarding - while ensuring data accuracy and system integrity.
Working within a small and collaborative People & Culture team, this role is ideal for a proactive self-starter who enjoys balancing operational delivery with systems and process improvement.
