- Regional NSW > Blue Mountains & Central West

Science for Wildlife is a growing, high-impact not-for-profit based in the beautiful Blue Mountains, dedicated to conserving native wildlife and the places we all call home. We create and share scientific knowledge to empower conservation, working alongside scientists, land managers, communities and partners to deliver solutions that last.
As Partnerships Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening and growing the partnerships that underpin our conservation programs. Working closely with the Executive Director and a passionate, mission-driven team, you'll secure and steward values-aligned corporate partnerships that support our science and conservation work, expand our reach and build long-term sustainability.
This is a hands-on, strategic role suited to someone who thrives on relationship building, collaboration and turning shared values into meaningful action.
Based in the Blue Mountains, this role offers flexible hybrid working and would suit someone living locally or in the broader Western Sydney or Central West region who is looking to combine professional impact with lifestyle and flexibility.
You're a strategic, relationship-driven partnerships professional who understands how collaboration fuels impact. You're confident working autonomously, yet thrive in a small team where ideas, initiative and shared purpose matter. You bring a balance of big-picture thinking and practical delivery, and you care deeply about aligning partnerships with mission and integrity.
Bring your partnership expertise to a role where collaboration fuels conservation and where science, community and shared values come together for wildlife.
