Garvan Research Foundation is seeking an experienced Individual Giving Manager to lead its Single Giving and Regular Giving programs during a 12-month parental leave contract.
Reporting to the Head of Fundraising, you will drive donor acquisition, retention, upgrade and reactivation strategies across direct mail, digital, telemarketing and face-to-face fundraising channels. Leading a small, effective team and managing agency partners, you'll be responsible for delivering fundraising campaigns that grow sustainable income and strengthen supporter engagement.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fundraising professional who enjoys balancing leadership, analysis and hands-on campaign delivery.
You are an experienced Individual Giving fundraising professional with a proven track record managing a breadth of channels across acquisition and retention campaigns in regular and single giving. Comfortable working with agencies and external suppliers, you build strong relationships with stakeholders and bring a collaborative, donor-centric approach to your work. You enjoy using data and insights to inform decision-making, identifying opportunities to test, learn and continuously improve campaign performance. An effective communicator and people leader, you are confident engaging with a range of audiences and motivating others to achieve shared goals. Your experience in face-to-face fundraising and digital fundraising is a highly regarded asset for this position.
