Are you a purpose-driven leader with a passion for education, conservation and operational excellence? The Jane Goodall Institute Australia is seeking an exceptional Head of Programs & Operations to help lead the next chapter of our growth.
JGIA is transforming the way young Australians learn about, connect with and care for the natural world. Through their ambitious Education for Earth initiative, they are embedding environmental education into mainstream learning, with a bold vision to reach every Australian school through world-class curriculum, teacher professional learning and Jane Goodall's globally recognised Roots & Shoots program.
Based at the iconic Taronga Zoo, you'll help scale one of Australia's most ambitious environmental education initiatives, building the partnerships, programs and operational capability needed to create lasting, nationwide impact.
Reporting to the CEO and forming part of the organisation's leadership team, you will take ownership of JGIA's Australian program portfolio, leading the growth and development of initiatives that connect young people with conservation, sustainability and environmental action.
