About the organisation

This is an incredible opportunity to join a charity dedicated to working with children who have been exposed to physical, emotional and sexual abuse, as well as neglect, exploitation and homelessness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage all acquisition plans across the Individual Giving program
  • Look at strategies for acquisition across multiple channels including F2F, TM, DM and Digital
  • Oversee budgets and expenditure to meet fundraising strategic objectives and targets
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party suppliers including Fundraising agencies and mail houses
  • Responsible for monitoring and reporting on all suppliers and ensuring best practice across the program
  • Develop and deliver the supporter journey for all newly acquired supporters
  • Provide regular reviews, analysis, and reports against program objectives to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Develop innovative and best practice strategy, plans and tactics across acquisition to grow the program
  • Ensure all materials and content are of high quality, are relevant and timely
  • Implement data segmentation strategies and prepare data extractions for all campaigns
  • Responsible for analysis and reporting on key metrics such as attrition and channel ROI

Skills & Attributes

  • Experience working across a multi-channel acquisition program
  • Experience across channels such as direct mail, regular giving, F2F, TM and digital
  • Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage campaigns end to end
  • Supplier management experience
  • Background in data-driven fundraising with proven knowledge of data segmentation and targeting of specific audiences
  • Reporting and post-campaign analysis experience
  • High standard of numeracy, budgeting, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly developed written skills, with demonstrated attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
