About the Client:

Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation (SCHF) is all in for kids’ health. They exist to promote charitable investment in the prevention and management of childhood illness, with a focus on kids and families receiving treatment or care in services provided by NSW’s network of children’s hospitals and paediatric health services. The SCHF ethos is to help all sick kids, no matter where, no matter what.

About the role:

The Databases Integration Administrator will support the effective delivery of SCHF’s fundraising operations to ensure best practice in donor acquisition and stewardship, and supporter engagement. They will provide operational and integration expertise to support seamless donor systems. They will apply segmentation of our data to maximise return on investment, support prospecting and acquisition efforts, support donor communications methods and content channel recommendations for more personalised interactions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support the SCHF Salesforce CRM and Content Management System’s such as Funraisin and Grassrootz
  • Assist with the integration of new platforms and applications to support the fundraising activities at SCHF
  • Be first point of contact for issues with integration between Salesforce/Causeview and Funraisin
  • Research new releases for CMS and how this may impact or can be utilised by SCHF
  • Complete regular and timetabled data cleansing activities
  • Accurately load bulk data changes, including creating new contacts, editing existing records and deleting old records, using tools such as Data Loader and Skyvia

About the Candidate:

This candidate must be able to work autonomously, have strong communication skills and the ability to problem solve. You will need to be forward-thinking, confident and passionate about data and Salesforce as a fundraising tool.

You will bring:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/ or relevant equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience with Salesforce and/or Salesforce Certification
  • Experience using and supporting the CMS Funraisin and Grassrootz
  • Proven ability to problem solve and advanced analytical skill
  • Previous experience in a Not-for-Profit organisation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

Extra Points for:

  • Experience with AutoPilot/ Ortto
  • Experience with Causeview and Funraisin
