The Role – Lismore Campus Manager

Reporting to the RTO Manager, this role will provide management and leadership to the Lismore campus staff. You will work within a supportive and friendly environment of individuals who are committed to ensuring that academic and administrative teams are effectively supported, and the students are provided with a high standard of training.

As The Campus Manager you will:

  • Lead, motivate and support staff
  • Management of day-to-day operations and staffing of the campus to ensure consistency with legislative requirements and quality standards
  • Develop and program a strategic range of courses and training opportunities for the college
  • Monitor compliance with AQTF and VET Quality Standards
  • Build and maintain positive ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to College strategic plan and lead and manage key goals and objectives
  • Ensuring excellence in customer service, implement procedures and strategies which enable quality outcomes
  • Attend and lead team and management meetings
  • Provide monthly report to ACE Board of Directors

Your Skills and Attributes

  • Proven management experience with a strong track record of building, motivating and engaging staff
  • Demonstrated successful results in managing and leading a team in a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) environment in pursuit of excellence in service quality and delivery
  • A strong knowledge and understanding of the RTO Standards, state and federal funded training programs
  • Demonstrated advanced interpersonal skills and a high level of written and oral communication skills
  • Respect and interest in compliance
  • Experience with NFP funding desirable
  • A desire to help, inspire and see the potential in people to make a difference in their lives
