Lifeline Australia is a national suicide prevention charity providing all Australians experiencing emotional distress with access to 24-hour crisis support and suicide prevention services. They are committed to empowering Australians to be suicide-safe through connection, compassion, and hope.
Lifeline exists to ensure that “no person in Australia has to face their darkest moments alone” and this is achieved through a partnership of over 10,000 committed volunteers and their member centres in communities across the nation.
It is due to the recent and ongoing success of Lifeline Australia that they are seeking a Campaigns and Community Manager to join their team in a brand-new role that will lead and manage the development, project management and implementation of Lifeline’s public awareness, advocacy and fundraising campaigns, delivering strategic and impact marketing and digital solutions.
This position plays a key role in the execution of Lifeline’s National Marketing and Fundraising plan and works to ensure effective engagement and audience development strategies are delivered to build the brand and reputation of Lifeline, its services as well as bring general awareness to suicide and mental health which will in turn drive participation, engagement, and overall revenue growth.
This role will be operating at a high-level so the ideal candidate must be able to think and work strategically but at the same time needs to be comfortable in rolling up their sleeves to work at an operational level. As this is a people management role prior experience in leading teams is required. Strong project management experience coupled with skills in managing multiple stakeholders is also essential for success.
Please apply as soon as possible as applications will be reviewed on an immediate basis. Please direct all general enquiries to Kristina at Beaumont People on [email protected] using the subject line: Campaigns and Community Manager - Lifeline Australia enquiry via EthicalJobs or call on 9093 4934.
