Play a key role in growing single giving income and supporter acquisition for a globally recognised organisation working to end avoidable blindness.
The Fred Hollows Foundation is an international development organisation working to eliminate avoidable blindness and improve eye health. Inspired by the work of Professor Fred Hollows, The Foundation partners with communities, governments and local health systems to create lasting impact.
As Acquisition Coordinator – Single Giving, you’ll support the delivery and optimisation of The Foundation’s single giving acquisition program. This role coordinates the end-to-end execution of donor acquisition campaigns across direct mail, unaddressed mail, press inserts and emerging channels, helping to deliver sustainable income and supporter growth in line with The Foundation’s strategic framework.
You’re a highly organised and detail-oriented campaign coordinator with experience in direct marketing, fundraising or supporter acquisition. You enjoy bringing campaigns to life, keeping projects on track and working with multiple stakeholders to deliver strong outcomes.
You’re confident working with timelines, budgets, campaign results and creative processes, and you bring a proactive, collaborative approach to everything you do. With strong written communication skills and an interest in donor behaviour, storytelling and impact, you’re motivated by the opportunity to contribute to meaningful supporter growth.
Bring your campaign coordination, direct marketing and fundraising skills to a role where your attention to detail and insight-led approach can help create lasting impact.
